The main shaft of the worktable is equipped with NNK30 series double-row roller bearings, and its inner circle has a taper to adjust the radial clearance to ensure that the main shaft works smoothly at high speed and high precision. The main drive mechanism and the guide rail of the worktable are lubricated by pressure oil. The feed box adopts electromagnetic clutch, so no matter the fast movement or the direction of feed can be operated by the push button station. The feed box is equipped with a two-speed motor to drive the tool post to feed, and is equipped with a fast motor to realize the fast movement of the tool post. The fast movement of the tool post or the forward and reverse direction of the feed are driven by the motor. The fast movement and feed of the side tool post cannot be carried out at the same time. Under normal transmission conditions, when the side tool post moves horizontally, the vertical direction is braked by the brake clutch in the feed box, and when the side tool post moves vertically, the horizontal direction brakes.
The vertical tool holder has a pentagonal tool holder, the side tool holder has a square tool holder, and the handle wheel can be operated manually. The weight of the side tool holder is balanced by a hydraulic balance cylinder to achieve a relatively close upward and downward movement.
The crossbeam is amplified by the hydraulic cylinder through a lever and pushes the inclined iron, the crossbeam is firmly clamped on the upright column, the button is pressed to stand on the crossbeam to lift and lower the button, and the oil inlet direction is changed through the electromagnetic slide valve, so that the crossbeam is relaxed, and the motor makes it move up and down.
