Description:
The vertical lathe machine is designed for turning both inside and outside cylinders and planes, corn surfaces, and grooving. It is suitable for high-speed steel tools working on ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and some non-metallic materials.
The main components of the equipment are made using a whole casting structure with high-strength, low-stress cast iron material. After casting, it undergoes annealing and aging treatment after rough machining. The column guide rail is ground to ensure precision, while the beam guide and ram guide undergo grinding after intermediate frequency quenching.
Generally it can be programmed to perform a wide range of machining operations, such as turning, drilling, boring, threading, and milling, with minimal human intervention.
