VTL Single Column Vertical Lathe Machine High Precision Vertical Lathe Machine
This lathe is perfect for cutting tools made of high-speed steel, hard alloy, and ceramics. It can handle both inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, grooves, and flat surfaces of metallic and non-metallic parts. With its high efficiency and stable precision, it can easily meet various production demands.
The C5112 model of our single-column lathe is a highly rigid machine with large machining capacities, a stable and sturdy structure, and efficient performance. It comes with a vertical tool head and can be equipped with a high precision digital readout system (DRO). The use of an AC inverter motor allows for easy speed adjustment. The gears, made from 40 Cr steel, are precision ground to ensure high accuracy and reduce machine noise. These machines are specifically designed and built to handle modern machining requirements, including high-speed cutting tools and carbide cutters, for work pieces made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, composites, and other materials.
Vertical Lathe Machine Main Structure:
1. Machine tool: The main components of the machine tool (lathe bed, base, workbench, beam, vertical slide rest, side tool box, feed box, main drive gear box) are made of strong cast iron using resin sand technology.
2. Main drive: The workbench rotation is powered by the main electric motor, with a gear reduction and an electromagnetic speed control system for adjusting the speed.
3. Vertical slide and feed mechanism of the vertical slide: The RAM is made of HT250 material, known for its excellent mechanical properties.
4. Workbench base structure: The workbench adopts a long spindle structure, supported by high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearings for radial alignment.
5. Beam: The beam is secured and released using a drift, with hydraulic pressure for clamping.
6. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system uses reliable control components from renowned manufacturers, both domestic and international.
7. Lubrication of the machine tool: The machine tool automatically provides oil at specified intervals to lubricate the beam and moving parts.
8. Machine tool protection: The machine tool's moving parts are equipped with a comprehensive security chain and interlock system.
9. Electrical control system:
