Good Selling New Conventional 6 Meter Heavy Duty Horizontal Lathe Machine
The heavy-duty horizontal lathe machine is designed using internationally advanced methods and manufacturing technology, adhering to the latest national precision standards. It integrates electrical, automatic control, hydraulic control, and modern mechanical designs from multiple disciplines and categories of precision manufacturing technology.
The CW6150, CW6163, CW61100, CW61125, and CW61160 heavy-duty lathes are suitable for turning or machining cast iron and steel workpieces as well as medium to large non-ferrous metal parts. They can perform external cylindrical surface turning, internal hole and end face turning, and various internal and external metric, inch, module, and diametrical pitch threads. The top slide can be used independently for turning of short tapers. These lathes boast high power, high rigidity, and a wide range of rotating speeds, making them ideal for high-speed and strong force turning operations.
1.Bed using high-grade quality gray cast iron is made by resin sand molding, and use the sealing sand structure, guide using three rectangular flat guide rail, using high frequency quenching and grinding technology. Bed upper width is 1600mm. Chip using the bottom chip mode.
2.Spindle supported by two points, bearings with a precision spindle bearings, transmission gear after high-frequency quenching and grinding process for processing, and the tooth top edge trimming technology, spindle box using the powerful oil for lubrication, the front spindle using reliable maze of closed institutions, can effectively prevent oil spills and foreign objects into the headstock.
3.The main transmission system by the DC motor-driven spindle rotation, between the main motor and transmission mechanism, connected by flexible coupling, it has good mechanical properties.
4.The tailstock consists of upper body and lower body. On the upper body is equipped with a tailstock spindle and the spindle centerline adjustment mechanism. Under the body is equipped with a tailstock fast moving mechanism and the locking mechanism.
