Product Description

Gear hobbing machine is a machining process for cutting gears, splines, and worm gears on a hobbing machine, which is a special type of milling machine. The gear hobbing machine uses a rotating hob to cut teeth into the workpiece, creating gears of various sizes and shapes. It is widely used in the manufacture of gears for various applications such as automobiles, aerospace and other industrial machinery.

 

Convenient hydraulic powered structure reduces the non-cutting time as well as the times to use the cutting tools.
External support of the small column tailstock adopts the hinge structure and can be easily opened outward, convenient to hang components of larger diameters
