This series conventional heavy-duty horizontal lathe, it suitable for high speed steel hard alloy cutting tool, various materials shaft parts, cylindrical and disk-shaped parts processing. To achieve turning cylindrical, face grooving, cutting slot, cutting off, boring and turning inside and outside the cone and other processes

Industrial Horizontal Lathe For Heavy Duty Cylinder Turning, Capable Of Handling Up To 32T 0

1.Bed using high-grade quality gray cast iron is made by resin sand molding, and use the sealing sand structure, guide using three rectangular flat guide rail, using high frequency quenching and grinding technology. Bed upper width is 1600mm. Chip using the bottom chip mode.

2.Spindle supported by two points, bearings with a precision spindle bearings, transmission gear after high-frequency quenching and grinding process for processing, and the tooth top edge trimming technology, spindle box using the powerful oil for lubrication, the front spindle using reliable maze of closed institutions, can effectively prevent oil spills and foreign objects into the headstock.

3.The main transmission system by the DC motor-driven spindle rotation, between the main motor and transmission mechanism, connected by flexible coupling, it has good mechanical properties.

4.The tailstock consists of upper body and lower body. On the upper body is equipped with a tailstock spindle and the spindle centerline adjustment mechanism. Under the body is equipped with a tailstock fast moving mechanism and the locking mechanism. Tailstock sleeve adopts built-in top structure; sleeve quick shift and the tailstock sleeve fast moving mechanism are driven by separate motor drive.

5.Turret using the pressure plate holder is divided into three parts, by the large carriage, cross slide and the top knife block, with high strength, high rigidity and other characteristics, suitable for heavy cutting

8.The hydraulic system used to control the hydraulic cylinders, realize the spindle box gear automatic shift and forced lubrication, the system works reliable, convenient maintenance.
The bed is the foundation of the machine, on which the other components are mounted. The tailstock is located at the opposite end of the bed from the heads
The carriage moves along the bed and holds the cutting tool, which can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. The cross slide moves perpendicular to the carriage and provides precision movement for the cutting tool. The feed rod is responsible for moving the carriage and cross slide, as well as controlling the depth of the cut.
Available in different sizes and capacities, horizontal lathe machine tools can be used for a variety of machining applications, ranging from small hobby projects to heavy-duty industrial work.
